My school always said I was dyslexic when I was growing up. I never use to care, though, I was always trying to get out of school.
I had my first son when I was seventeen. He is a right hand full to say the least.
After my son was born I felt I needed to sort myself out for his sake. I felt that I was just stupid at school and there was no point in me trying to learn. But when my son was born I wanted to be able to read him bed time stories properly.
My parents helped me with the cost of tutoring for my dyslexia and it really helped me so much. It helped me to help myself. Now I try to do as much reading as I can. It's not easy with two kids but my boy friend is a big help.
I feel so much better about myself now and I'm much happier. I'm thinking about going to college in the evening or something like that soon. So I can get a better job.
