I found out that I was Dyslexic when I was in kindergarden. I found that it was hard to read and write.
My parents were very supportive and enrolled me in the Schenk School. This is a school for people that have Dyslexia. I went to the school for 3 years. I left in the fourth grade because I had learned to deal with my dyslexia. I had figured out how to use it and not be defeated by it.
I loved the Schenk School because without their help and support I would still be having a hard time reading and writing. I'm still dyslexic but I am able to cope with it. I still might spell or read things differently and incorrectly, but not as bad as before.
